Job Description:
We are seeking motivated Sales Development Representatives with a passion for technology and sales to join our team. This role involves reaching out to potential clients, understanding their needs, and demonstrating how Retrocausal’s products can improve their manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email, and social media outreach.
- Schedule and conduct product demonstrations.
- Understand customer needs and requirements to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for penetrating new markets.
- Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in SDR/BDR role, specifically selling technology solutions.
- Experience selling into manufacturing companies is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and demonstrate technical solutions.
- Proven track record of achieving sales quotas.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
