About the role:

As a Solutions Architect at Private AI, you will play a crucial role in driving the adoption of our industry-leading AI solutions. Working closely with the sales and product teams, you will be the technical face of Private AI, providing pre-sales support, conducting product demonstrations, and ensuring successful post-sales implementation. Responsibilities:

Technical Expertise:

  • Strong understanding and experience in RESTful APIs, JSON, OAuth, and other relevant API technologies.
  • Experience working with cloud infrastructure like AWS, Azure; configuring, deploying and debugging production environments with customers.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Private AI's suite of privacy-preserving AI solutions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
  • Proficiency in AI and machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.

Pre-Sales Support:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and present technical solutions.
  • Craft and conduct product demonstrations and articulate the technical advantages of Private AI's offerings.

Solution Design and Proof of Concept:

  • Lead the development and execution of PoCs to showcase the capabilities and security of Private AI's solutions.
  • Address technical queries and concerns during the evaluation phase.
  • Work closely with clients to design and architect privacy-preserving AI solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Provide technical guidance on integration strategies, ensuring alignment with client objectives.

Documentation and Training:

  • Create and maintain technical documentation, tutorials, and guides to facilitate client understanding and implementation.
  • Conduct training sessions for clients and internal teams on the technical aspects of Private AI products.

Post-Sales Implementation:

  • Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure smooth and successful deployment of Private AI solutions.
  • Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting assistance.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and the product development team, conveying valuable insights and feedback for continuous improvement.

About You:

  • Proven enterprise experience as a Presales, Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or similar role in the AI or technology industry.
  • Strong understanding of privacy-preserving machine learning, natural language processing, and AI technologies including federated learning, homomorphic encryption, and secure multiparty computation.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts effectively.
  • Knowledge of data processing platforms like Apache Spark and analytics platforms like Snowflake and Azure Databricks.
  • Customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional technical solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems) or equivalent practical experience.
