Compensation: $75,000 base + variable bonus | OTE: $100K–$110K

The Role:
We’re hiring a Client Solutions Specialist to sit at the intersection of sales, product, and customer success. You’ll help prospective customers see the value of PostSig through high-impact demos and insights, then guide them through onboarding and early adoption.
This role blends pre-sales enablement with post-sales success—and is designed for someone who wants exposure to the full customer lifecycle. If you’re sharp, proactive, and thrive in fast-moving environments, this is a rare opportunity to grow into a leadership role quickly.
What You’ll Do:
- Partner with AEs to deliver value-driven product demos and support trials
- Guide new clients through onboarding and ensure a fast time-to-value
- Deliver insights, reports, and proactive recommendations to clients
- Lead training sessions and offer white-glove support during key milestones
- Act as a bridge between clients and the product team, surfacing feedback
- Build and iterate on internal playbooks, checklists, and client-facing materials
Who You Are
- 2–4 years of experience in a client-facing role (customer success, product specialist, solutions, or pre-sales)
- Strong communicator with a consultative mindset and high customer empathy
- Confident presenting to users ranging from analysts to heads of data or procurement
- Resourceful, proactive, and excited to work across functions
- Comfortable with tools like Slack, Notion, HubSpot, and Zoom
- Bonus: experience with financial clients or contract-related software
