We are looking to scale our growth with an Account Executive that will be responsible for growing the revenue to support the commercial goals of the company. In a nutshell, Konnecto’s Reveal & Disrupt platform, provides companies with visibility into the earliest stages of their competitors’ consumer journey while providing ongoing recommendations on how to disrupt these journeys using the same marketing channels they use today. To make it simple, our platform requires no integrations with our customers’ data or platforms. Our current customers include brands such as Coca-Cola, Mercedes, Fidelity, Hyundai, and more. 2020 saw Konnecto exceeding our own expectations as we blew past sales targets in a year unlike any other by providing a new level of visibility and insights for the online customer journey to consumer brands. In 2021 we are now looking to scale our growth with a hands-on Account Executive that will be responsible for growing the revenue to support the commercial goals of the company. This role includes responsibility for new logo sales to potential clients. We envision this role to be filled in NYC - but are open to applicants who have demonstrated significant results nationwide and could be located anywhere in the US or Europe.

You have a strong track record of closing deals of $200K+ACV utilizing a consultative approach. Responsibilities:

  • Generate revenues towards the overall commercial KPIs of the company by hitting or exceeding your quarterly quota
  • Utilizing a consultative approach to understand customer goals, plans, challenges, timeline and budget to drive sales
  • Develop client proposals that effectively communicate our product and offer customized solutions where required
  • Surface new sales opportunities through networking, building strong relationships and turn them into long-term partnerships
  • Supplement your pipeline by completing lead generating activities including email outreach and social touches
  • Present product to prospective clients
  • Strive to continuously improve your sales process and demonstrate a willingness to learn and implement best practices

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of software (SaaS) sales experience meeting and exceeding quotas in a B2B environment with deal sizes of $200K+ ACV
  • Experience working with Marketing and Consumer Insights Executives across Fortune 500 companies
  • Demonstrated understanding of sales methodologies (i.e. value selling, target account selling, solutions selling, strategic selling)
  • Self-motivated with ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment
  • Planning and closing skills
  • Ability to learn technical concepts quickly
  • Excellent written & verbal communication
  • Enthusiasm and a positive attitude

You will be set up for success if you also have:

  • Experience working within the Automotive, FMCG, Financial Services and Insurance industries
  • Experience with using internal sales tools (e.g. Hubspot/Salesforce) for CRM and pipeline management
  • Ability to thrive in a competitive environment and to adapt to change easily
  • Previous experience as a Solution Consultant/Solution Engineer
  • Curiosity and a growth mindset
