Why 'Founding Account Executive'?

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine an outbound and engagement engine using a state-of-the-art tool stack
- Optimize and integrate our HubSpot instance for maximum efficiency and impact
- Build a dynamic signals system to engage prospects at the right moment
- Drive a high volume of high-value demos each month through both strategic and automated prospecting
- Qualify and route inbound demand effectively
- Engage with prospects and clients to understand their business challenges and needs
- Proven experience building complex systems, whether in prospecting, task automation, or home automation
- Demonstrated ability to connect the dots is essential
- 0-3 years of professional experience in a relevant field
- Familiarity with HubSpot is a plus
- Experience with workflow tools
- Experience (or experimentation) with modern outbound + AI tools is a huge advantage
- Willingness to adapt and meet aggressive demand generation targets
- A curious mindset, resilience, and a strong desire to continually learn and grow
- A background in accounting or finance is a plus!

- Base Salary: Ranging from $65,000 to $80,000, depending on experience
- Commission: Hitting your quota can earn an additional $65,000 to $80,000, with uncapped potential for optimizing systems
