Join our winning team as a Director of Revenue Operations!

We are looking for a Director of Revenue Operations to lead the end-to-end operations of the company’s GTM engine. This is a strategic leadership role that requires a hands on approach, with full ownership of revenue architecture, GTM strategy, and cross-functional alignment across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Product. The role will drive systematic growth, revenue predictability, operational excellence, and scalable processes in a fast-growing Enterprise B2B SaaS environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Systems Ownership: Lead Salesforce governance, data hygiene, optimization, and alignment across GTM teams
  • Revenue Analytics: Own dashboards, reporting, and revenue insights across pipeline, performance, churn, and core SaaS metrics; support executive and board reporting
  • Forecasting: Drive cross-functional forecasting processes with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Lead GTM meetings to track progress and indicators
  • Revenue Process Optimization: Identify and eliminate bottlenecks across the revenue lifecycle through scalable automation and process design
  • GTM Enablement: Define and enforce SOPs and best practices across revenue teams. Own GTM playbook to ensure a systematic approach
  • Pricing Strategy: Lead pricing structure and governance in partnership with Product and Sales
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Ensure seamless collaboration, handoffs, and data consistency across GTM functions
  • Capacity & Compensation Planning: Lead headcount planning, quota modeling, and commission structures with HR and Sales leadership
  • Finance Operations Oversight: Oversee core finance operations workflows (billing, collections, expense reimbursement, payroll cycles support)
  • Revenue Tech Stack: Own GTM and systems integration and scalability

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Strategy, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role (Director/Head level), preferably in Enterprise B2B SaaS
  • Proven experience building and scaling revenue operations organizations in high-growth environments
  • Strong strategic ownership of the full revenue lifecycle: Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Revenue Operations
  • Hands-on leadership – ability to dive deep into systems, data, processes, and execution
  • Deep understanding of GTM models, B2B enterprise sales motions, Channel distribution, forecasting methodologies, pricing strategies, and revenue architecture
  • Executive-level ownership of Salesforce and GTM tech stack strategy (hands-on expertise required, admin level
  • Demonstrated success in revenue forecasting, board-level reporting, and executive decision support
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and driving alignment across Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and HR
  • Excellent communication, presentation skills, stakeholder management, and executive presence
  • High ownership mentality, accountability, and business leadership orientation
  • High proficiency in English (written and verbal)
