As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including managing a complex and high-volume calendar, meetings, and communications with the highest level of discretion and confidentiality
- Serve as a key point of contact between the CEO and senior executives, investors, Board members, and the management team
- Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings, ensuring smooth communication and information flow
- Manage international travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, itineraries, and handling real-time changes or issues
- Act as the CEO’s trusted partner and primary point of contact, anticipating needs and proactively resolving issues
As the Office Manager, you will:
- Own and manage the entire office environment, creating a welcoming, well-organized, and positive experience for employees and visitors
- Provide administrative support across various departments as needed
- Manage office logistics, facilities, daily operations and maintenance
- Oversee office administration, procurement, vendor and supplier relationships
- Manage office budgets, expenses, and purchasing processes
What you bring to the role:
- 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant & Office Management.
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in a global high-tech company (startup experience is a strong advantage)
- Experience managing office budgets, expenses, and vendors
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A proactive, hands-on approach and a strong sense of ownership
- Native-level proficiency in both English and Hebrew
- Ability to leverage AI tools to improve efficiency and productivity (advantage)
