We are seeking a proactive and meticulous Finance Operations Admin to manage our internal financial operations and maintain strong relationships with customers, providers, and internal entities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle invoicing, monitor collection, maintain accurate records, expense reports, and more.
  • Execute business travel plans for employees globally.
  • Oversee internal financial processes in terms of communicating with third-party providers, resolving issues, preventing internal fraud, and ensuring seamless operations.
  • Generate accurate and timely invoices, ensuring they meet legal and contractual obligations.
  • Handel Mesh (spend and procurement platform) for internal users around the world.
  • Become an integral part of the finance team with a can-do approach, while willing to expand the range of responsibility when needed.

Requirements:

  • High level of English - MUST
  • 2-5 years of previous experience in a finance-operation-related role.
  • At least one start-up has a professional background.
  • Extensive experience in generating invoices, supplier payments, and collection from customers
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience arranging business travel for multiple individuals around the globe.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Can-do attuited, hardworking, and an independent individual.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects, especially in an international context.
  • A high level of dedication and commitment to continuous improvement.
  • A bachelor's degree in business management, Finance, or a related scientific field is an advantage.
