We are looking for a Sr. Product Manager who’s excited to tackle a huge market opportunity by upending a decades old way of operating. The ideal candidate is proactive and defaults to action; learning and adjusting quickly. You’re comfortable working autonomously and over communicate to ensure alignment and awareness across teams and stakeholders. You have a track record of delivering high impact customer value and know what “good” product management looks like.
This is a remote role, but we will only be considering Canadian residents.

What you’ll do at Cognota:
- Contribute to, and communicate, a clear product vision and strategy for your team that aligns with the company’s goals.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure timely and high-quality product releases.
- Define, monitor, and report on product performance to senior management and stakeholders.
- Continuously improve product management processes and methodologies.
- Regularly speak with customers and end-users to gather feedback and understand their needs.
- Has experience working in early startup environments and embraces the need to move and learn quickly.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with a track record of successful product launches.
- Has successfully launched new features or products in a B2B setting
- Is experienced at setting and reporting on product metrics (quantitative and qualitative)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and mentorship abilities.
- You have experience in the Learning and Development space.
