As a key team member, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with industry experts and Chief Learning Officers from leading global organizations.

Given that this role is supported by a Government grant, to be considered, candidates must be a post-secondary graduate (with a preference for those who have graduated within the last two ½ years) and a Canadian citizen from Ontario, either as a permanent resident or someone with refugee status (unfortunately, work permits and student work visas are not eligible). Additionally, applicants must be first-time participants in the Youth Program.

  • Oversee the development of our educational offerings which includes the LearnOps Academy, Workshops, and Webinars to support operations and ensure compliance.
  • Collaborate with our Marketing and Sales team to meet program enrollment targets (e.g. drive education qualified leads).
  • Onboard new cohorts of learners to our Learning Management System and support learners with any questions as they begin new training programs.
  • Administrate the Learning Management System and issue CEUs and certifications.
  • Report on the success of our programs to our leadership team.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our industry and training offerings to highlight the potential for new educational initiatives.
  • Function as the main point of contact for our instructors and facilitators to ensure they are scheduled for synchronous training sessions and have support as required.

  • Post-secondary graduate of an education, instructional design, or similar program.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in instructional design is an asset.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
  • Self-starter, takes initiative and solves problems.
  • Strong ability to manage stakeholder relationships.
  • Works well with cross-functional groups.
  • Familiarity with corporate learning and development and learning management systems is an asset.

Some of our great benefits:

  • Competitive pay complemented by stock options. OTE: $60-70K+
  • Medical, dental, vision, and extended health coverage from day one.
  • Unlimited vacation days.
  • Monthly “You Days” when the whole company gets the day off to recharge and focus on themselves.
  • Paid time off on your birthday to celebrate and enjoy a day just for you.
  • Professional development opportunities through access to internal mentors.
  • A flexible, remote-first way of working.
